George with ODSC was great to work with. The final repairs, which were for a water leak behind the refrigerator, were were a good quality and excellent workmanship. The replacement of the floors, by floors by design, were of equal excellent workmanship I would highly recommend ODSC for any repairs of this nature. Thank you!
We just finished up an insurance claim rebuild with ODSC. They were not even on my radar until the water mitigation company recommended them. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Jim gave the most detailed estimate and was very responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the work. Brian, our project manager, I can just not say enough good things. I truly appreciated him being here through every step. Our last time dealing with a rebuild we only saw our project manager twice over 2 months. Brian was present every step. Super happy with how our basement kitchenette turned out! Jim and Brian were great to work with—really easy to talk to and kept us in the loop the whole time. The quality of the work is awesome.
