The workmanship gets the five stars! I would say overall 4.5 but don’t want to bring it down. This was my first time really having anyone come in to do something for my home. My only complaint would be lack of communication in regards to timeline and plan to complete the job. I tried to communicate before the job started but never really got any answers. I think the work could have been done more efficiently, however I do know they are busy and I know why. I appreciate Bob and the entire team for their help completing my 9x5 laundry room.
My husband is disabled and in need of safety features to be placed in our Master bedroom and bathroom. King's Remodeling & Restoration came in with, Disability Association of Virginia and gave my husband a better quality of life. We no longer have to worry about him falling on a slick flooring or tripping on our out dated carpet. My husband can be in either of the rooms and is safe. Thanks to your amazing crew ( Luke & Curtis) who were on time, professional, and treated us like family. We highly recommend King's Remodeling & Restoration .
