“James has been a great resource for us for all things HVAC. He has been extraordinarily responsive, always professional and looking after us as customers. We first contacted James after we had some issues with our 15 year old heatpump. He was referred to us by a realtor friend of ours in Christiansburg. He came straight out and was very reasonable with his charges. Best of all he didn't try to upsell us on additional services or unneeded parts like we have come to expect with some HVAC companies.When we finally decided to replace our system, James got us a very competitive price and installed the system in a very timely basis. Our indoor unit was a bit of a pain to get out but he got it our and got the new one in and left the attic space cleaner than it was. The rest of the installation was extremely well done and tested. He got us 18 month zero-interest financing on the system.
