Cannot recommend this company enough!! Upon delivery and installation of my new refrigerator, we unexpectedly discovered that the water shut off valve to the ice maker of the old one was broken when water came shooting out as the installation person unhooked the line. This happened on a Sunday afternoon and Mitcham Repair Service answered the call. Despite their full schedule, they were able to fit us in the next day to repair the valve; which was incredibly appreciated as this was a time sensitive matter of needing the new refrigerator to be installed as soon as possible. The guys that came out from Mitcham Repair Service did an excellent job on clearing out the blockage on my plumbing line.
Scheduling was easy and the guys were friendly and communicated with me before arrival. I can't wait to call them back for my next service need :)
Brady helped us with a busted hose spigot and was extremely helpful and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the issue, and was professional and thorough including in communications with our landlord. He was also very kind to our cats :) We would definitely recommend him to others!
