James has been a great resource for us for all things HVAC. He has been extraordinarily responsive, always professional and looking after us as customers. We first contacted James after we had some issues with our 15 year old heatpump. He was referred to us by a realtor friend of ours in Christiansburg. He came straight out and was very reasonable with his charges. James was great! He was able to come over right away, and knew exactly what was wrong with the air conditioning unit. In less than two hours (including a trip to get the necessary parts), our air conditioning was running perfectly again. Very reasonably priced and I'll definitely be using him again next time I have any air conditioning or heating problems!
