Had them replace my AC and furnace. Brandon did a fantastic job explaining the various options and did not push any particular one. Worked with my schedule for install. Install guys were professional and polite.
Brandon came back a week later to see if any issues or questions. He pointed out a couple of minor things he didn't like and had the crew come back and fix. All in all, an excellent experience!
Aiden was professional and efficient providing my bi-annual service today. I have used McGrady and Perdue for 2 different systems in 2 homes and never had any issues with heating or cooling. highly recommend this business if you want it done right!
This was an emergency call for our outside unit not working. They were quick and polite to answer the phone on a holiday and then transferred to a tech. Aiden was very responsive and polite. What a great service experience.
