I paid $150 to have a pair of Thursday Boot Company boots resoled ($60 deposit, 90$ at pickup). This store only accepts cash.
The boots were repaired very well in a little over two weeks and I believe the price is fair for the current market. However, I did not feel welcome or very respected as a customer and can’t return to a place with customer service I find dismissive. If this was improved, I would recommend this shop.
For ladies, note that the owner cannot / will not alter any heels or flats that “pop”

Excellent work every time. I’ve been taking my shoes to Village Shoe Repair for more than 20 years and extended the life of countless pairs thanks to this cobbler. His attention to detail and expert skill are unmatched. He also restored my vintage featherweight Singer sewing machine several years ago and it’s still going strong. Highly recommend.
I wish I could give this shop more stars! He takes pride in his work and it shows, The prices are reasonable because he uses top quality products to ensure your repair will last. I had a pair of coveted high heels suffering from dry rot and they now look better than new. Please support this man and DO be sure you pick up your items, DON’T leave him with your repaired shoes and forget to pick them up. That costs him money that he works hard to make.
