Catherine (If I messed up her name, please correct me) went out of her way to confirm the correct replacement motor, source a warehouse that had it in stock, have it programmed ( it's a newer style soft-start pulse width modulated motor) and had the new one ready to go in less than an hour. This is now my go-to shop whenever I have issues with any of my appliances!! Wife and children are happy to have cool air in the house in this heat! Thank you to everyone involved.
