“When I started vocal training 5 years ago, my vocal coach insisted I go get a massage to loosen up the tension in my neck and throat. “I was greeted at the front desk by the receptionist, and she was extremely polite and knew exactly who I was. She offered me a beverage and made sure that all of my forms were signed. Once I got into the facial room, Zoe asked me what my concerns were about my face. We discussed it in great length then I got ready for her to start the facial. She continued to complement my skin, but very gently told me that I had some dry skin and told me how to fix it. We walked through my whole entire skin routine day and night, and she acknowledged that I was doing everything that I was supposed to. Zoe was absolutely amazing, and throughout the facial, she asked if I was still doing OK. I will most definitely continue to get facials and it will be with Zoe.“
