Reception area folks are always friendly and efficient at Reston. Andrei asked questions about areas that were troubling me, amount of pressure I preferred and areas I’d rather not be worked on and he listened carefully. Occasionally throughout the massage he’d check onto see if the pressure was ok. Andreis massage was very therapeutic and thoughtful!

Once again, Carla is an exceptional therapist. As usual, she always listens to your descriptions of issues and provides a tailored massage to address problem areas. Her years of experience enable her to deliver both a therapeutic and relaxing massage session. Additionally, the front desk is friendly and easy to work with for scheduling appointments and answering questions.

As usual, Agnes was an excellent therapist. Once again, she was friendly, courteous and professional. She listened to my descriptions of issues and provided a tailored massage to address problem areas. Her expert technique provided a beneficial deep tissue massage. Agnes’ experience enabled her to deliver both a therapeutic and relaxing massage session. Additionally, the front desk staff was easy to work with and delivered outstanding customer service as well!
