An excellent massage! The ambiance was serene — lighting, music, and furnishings were calm and peaceful. But the real difference was the therapist. Arlene took great care to calibrate my massage. She applied firm pressure to tension in my neck and shoulders, and went easy on one of my knees and both ankles. An overall great experience.
Marat knows about anatomy and is skillful in spotting injuries, knots and inflammation in the inner muscles. I had a horrible pain in my neck caused for sleeping for hours on the plane back from Barcelona. Marat massaged my neck and applied a mint oil that helped recover mobility next day. I was able to go back to my daily activities and enjoying life.
