Dr. Franklin showed me so much compassion and genuine caring throughout my entire time there. Both she and her assistant, Zaria, were incredibly pleasant to work with. They have a great sense of humor that made every visit feel easy and seamless. They were so patient with me throughout the entire process to ensure a perfect fit for my dentures, and their care and concern were obvious when they followed up with me after the procedure. The front desk staff were also so warm and caring from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this dental office.“

“I hate going to the dentist, however they made me feel comfortable and Dr. Rojas is so friendly and has a great sense of humor. For once in my lifetime I don't dread going to the dentist because of how pleasant everyone was during my first visit today. “Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bates, he truly is great dentist. He is the best.“
