Spencer Dental & Braces

Spencer Dental, located in Colonial Heights, VA, is known for its friendly and professional dental team that aims to make visits easy and stress-free for patients of all ages. They accept various types of insurance and offer convenient payment options, including their Resolution Dental Plan. Recently, many customers have praised the staff for their kindness and patience, especially with children and special needs patients.

However, some reviewers have noted that the staff tends to jump between patients, which can prolong the process and be challenging for young children who may become antsy. One reviewer suggested hiring more dentists to handle the workload. Another reviewer shared a past experience where their child was anxious about a large needle, leading to disappointment when the dentist did not calm the child.

Despite this, recent feedback highlights improvements in the office. One visitor noted that from the Front Desk to the Exam & Treatment, the visit was phenomenal, with the dental tech being gentle and thorough in explaining procedures. The staff showed great patience with children, including those with special needs, leading to a positive experience. Another parent mentioned that their son, who is autistic, had a much better visit this time and left the office with a big smile, happily saying goodbye to everyone. Overall, Spencer Dental has been noted as a welcoming place that is making strides in patient care.
