“Only dentist in the area that seems to take DMO insurance. On top of that, the staff is so nice and friendly and the place is so clean and smells nice. I'm going to bring my kids here and see how they do with kids but I'm happy.
Edit: they do not take DMO insurance, took a couple of visits for them to correct themselves. Still rating 5 stars cause everything else about this place is nice, if they take your insurance then it's a good dentist to go to“

“Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bates, he truly is great dentist. He is the best.“

“I was a new patient. They took me in right away did x-rays… then the doctor checked my mouth he had to get a deep cleaning i wait almost a full hour just for him to do that. Then they had to check my insurance to see if my insurance covered it then i had to wait another hour.. he apologized then started to do my cleaning… i felt like someone with a drill was destroying my mouth… he did a good job but Jesus cries slow down. I understand your guys are behind but schedule out the appointment correctly don’t over book… I will continue to go there for now… i just hope it gets better the staff were nice…. Also they didn’t schedule my 6 months….“
