Wonderful dentist, restored my faith in even going to the dentist after a different local dentist practice would falsely identify “cavities/carries” when the x rays wouldn’t even have minimal shadowing. They fixed the bad work that that place did on me and other family members. I’m grateful that there are places like this that will look at you as a patient and not as profit. Scheduling is kind of hard since they’re so popular around here but they’re worth it.
I always have a pleasant experience while visiting VA Family Dentistry. My girls and I have been going there for years. My recent visit with Dr. Franklin to repair a chipped tooth was quick, easy and free. She and her hygienist are great!!
I recently received a complete set of dentures from Virginia Family Dentistry, and I could not be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Franklin showed me so much compassion and genuine caring throughout my entire time there. Both she and her assistant, Zaria, were incredibly pleasant to work with. They have a great sense of humor that made every visit feel easy and seamless. They were so patient with me throughout the entire process to ensure a perfect fit for my dentures, and their care and concern were obvious when they followed up with me after the procedure.
