Patients praise the staff for being very friendly, helpful, and specific in explaining procedures. Dr. Baker is considered very personable and caring about his hygienist and patients. The hygienist, Skye, is especially appreciated for her excellent work. The practice is known for quick and effective treatment, even in urgent situations like a broken tooth. The team dressed up for their fifth anniversary, making visits more fun. Over the years, patients have received consistent, high-quality care during cleanings, examinations, gum treatments, and crown placements. The staff always explains procedures and costs beforehand, helping patients make informed decisions. Overall, City Point Dental is recognized for its integrity, professionalism, and outstanding patient care.
I cannot say enough good and positive things about my experience with Dr. Baker. I suffer with anxiety and he was so empathetic and compassionate along with his staff to make my experience truly better than any dental procedure I’ve ever had done. The staff treated me so special and kind with true professionalism. I was very impressed by the newly remodeled office with new equipment.
I’ve been coming to this office for 20+ years now and plan on coming for 20 more. My hygienist Kelly has been taking care of me I think this whole time and has been absolutely wonderful. A few years ago back this practice was acquired by Doctor Baker. Since then I have seen such a modernization over these years. All these new technologies and even new paint. Really a beautiful looking office. As for my care, I normally see Doctor Baker, who takes the time to actually talk to me with actual conversation and then recommends the treatment I need. City Point Dental is excellent! 🥰 My family and I have been going to this facility for our dental care, and we refuse to go anywhere else! Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and truly cares about their patients.
Since my kidney transplant in January, they have been so understanding and have worked with me to get my teeth back in order. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness, and willingness to work with me throughout this process.
