Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. Let me put it like this for any doubters. There's going to a dentist and then there's going to see Dr. Bates. Period. You'll never have a better dentist take care of your teeth and have an awesome beside manner better than Dr. Bates and his staff. Everyone there is just great at what they do.

I am thrilled with Dr Bates — best dentist anywhere! And Shannon is an amazing dental technician! The entire staff at Dr Bates office is top notch! Thank you to all of the staff for taking great care of me and my husband and my son!
