I walked into their office unannounced one day & Jeri & another representative took the time to discuss my concerns...prior to even being asked to provide an estimate. I needed specific information to satisfy the historic board requirements as well as grant requirements & they provided what I needed. Billie Mason responded quickly to all of my concerns/questions prior to me signing the contract. Doug & David demonstrated extreme patience in answering my questions during the job, explaining the installation process & addressing my concerns as the job progressed. The only issue I had was damaged siding when they removed the dormer siding to install the new roof but the damaged pieces were replaced promptly. They deserve a 10 star review...5 for communication & 5 for the roof.“

“We had the team replace our roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. They were FANTASTIC!!! Every step of the way there was clear, prompt communication with everyone involved from the office staff to the onsite project manager. No matter who was at the house, they were on time, professional, and polite. No one tried to up sell us on anything but took the time to clearly explain the options and differences. When it came time for the install, crews showed up first thing in the morning. They worked safely and methodically all day, making sure they protected the landscaping and HVAC units. The crews cleaned up throughout the day as well as the end of each day. They paid attention to details to make sure everything was right. Jazmine, our project manager, really made this a top tier experience. She always made sure to check in along the way to share progress, concerns the crews found, and the plan to remedy. These conversations always included pictures to make sure we truly understood both the existing problems and how they were solved. We even had a situation where the driver dropping off the dumpster ran over our grass and a few sprinkler heads. Jazmine made sure we took pictures and video of everything along with testing it to see what the real damage was. Fortunately nothing was broken and it was easy to reset. But she was ready to get it fixed had there been an issue.

“I have an old slate roof on my over 100 year old house which has been in my family since the mid 1960s. I had a large well known slate roofing company over the years repair this old slate roof but it always kept leaking. This companies would fly drones over the roof and then explain based on the drone coverage that I had broken slate that needed to be replaced. I eventually asked for a water test to accurately identify leaks before getting another “repair” but according to the company that advertised that they did water test for this exact reason inform me that a water test would not benefit me. I eventually had another well known slate roofing company take a look at my roof. Again a drone was used and I was told I had damaged slate.

Then I met Paul at a Vendor fair. He was the first to actually walk my roof and fully explain to me what was the true issue. I had one main area which had slipping slates that needed immediate repair along with underlying rotted wood. I had several isolated areas where there were deteriorated nails which causes the slate to eventually slip. He also explained that since my roof was so old, future repairs would most likely be due to the old nails deteriorating, not the slate. This was the first time a company had ever explained this me. I was given two quotes, one for the total removal of the slate roof and one to repair the issues.
