The workmanship of installing my new roof was great. Mark, field supervisor made sure my two concerns with rain runoff in the roof valleys would be diverted to the gutters. Very pleased in the end product. Fanny, install crew leader, had his workers do an excellent job.
Regarding Proposal, Kevin performed a very detailed roof inspection for our roof replacement proposal; pictures, attic inspection, outside roof inspection etc. and gave an excellent presentation of products to be used and services. His presentation was top notch.
The team that served me was amazing! During the scheduling process, Shelby in Production Administration was very professional and easy to work with. She made the scheduling process so pleasant. Tony from the Install crew was amazing! He and his crew were very professional and did great work. They were a true joy to work with. Last, but certainly not least, Field Supervisor Dave, kept us informed through the entire process.
