Called about having Pyramid check for possible roof leak. Couple for days later Pyramid sent out a technician, Max, to check my roof. It was a Friday afternoon, Max checked my roof - no leaks but squirrels has gnawed my pipe collars on the roof. Max sent back to the office and got new pipe collars and put be on that afternoon. Great job.

The people at Pyramid were wonderful to work with in helping us learn and understand the process of replacing our roof. Kaitlin who was our initial contact did an incredible job inspecting the roof and attic in order to assess what needed to be done. Holly was our contact for the office and her thorough and thoughtful response was top tier always. Will, our project manager, and his team were friendly, efficient and professional. Our new roof looks great and the experience was not “painful” like we expected! We would highly recommend Pyramid Roofing should you need a replacement roof.
I couldn't be happier with our experience with Pyramid Roofing! From start to finish, everything was completely seamless, and the finished work looks absolutely outstanding.
Brent arrived right on time as promised and provided a thorough, accurate quote with zero hidden surprises. When the crew arrived, the tradesmen were fantastic—not only were they extremely polite and respectful of our property, but they are true masters of their craft.
Every single interaction with the company was professional and warm. A special shout-out to Lauren in billing, who made all the administrative and payment details a total breeze with her friendly communication.
