I am the President of our condominium community. Several months ago we hired Target Group to perform several different types of repair work within our community, including deck/stair repairs and staining, and wood repairs and vinyl wrapping. Jerry Simon and his staff have been most helpful in all of the work being performed. Jerry is in constant communications with us, his staff are very concerned to make sure all repairs are performed properly. The work is completed in a very timely manner and is quality work. If we did have a concern, Jerry is quick to get the issue resolved and will do what is necessary to make sure we are completely satisfied. Jerry came out promptly and gave an estimate to paint my exterior trim , soffit and front porch wood railings along with repairing a piece of damaged trim on one of the dormer windows. We went with it and the team that came out and did the work-Scott Savage and his daughter were excellent. Scott located another damaged piece of soffit which he was able to also replace. They custom matched the paint at Sherwin Williams and finished the job this past Friday. We are very satisfied and will use Jerry’s services again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks !
