Sissy and Jason are pleasant, professional, and amazing, answering all questions and helping customers learn more about their systems. The company is outstanding, with real pros like Jason and Mike completing a new HVAC system installation in five hours with not a single complaint or surprise. They fixed an AC that was icing up, ordered a new coil, and installed it as soon as it arrived. Customers would definitely recommend them and give them a call for HVAC needs. However, the business has closed without notifying long-time or new customers, which disturbs loyal customers who feel a mass mailing or phone calls would have been appropriate. Despite this, the service experience was good, and they will always have business from satisfied customers.
I have been a customer of Ladysmith heating and air for over 25+ years and have always had great service especially from Sissy and Jason but I just learned that they have closed their business without the courtesy of notifying their long time customers or new customers! How can a company that has had such a loyal customer base treat their customers this way NO NOTIFICATION or recommendation of who to go with? This really disturbs me that we were treated this way! A mass mailing or phone calls would have been the appropriate way to handle!

I wasn't sure who to call to have my AC system checked out. I'm so happy I called Ladysmith Heating and Air. From Sissy who answered the phone to the service technician it was a good experience. All my questions were answered and I learned more about my system. I would recommend you give them a call.
