Jerome is the best technician! He is honest and he knows what he is doing! I have several rental Properties in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area. I found Caroline Heating and Air when we moved near bowling green 3 years ago. Now I will only use them. I don't feel like a number, I feel like I'm part of their community. I have had several service calls for my home and my rentals and even replaced a unit. They are always professional and friendly and give excellent service. They are the only company I will call as long as Jerome is there.

They were quick, reasonably priced, efficient, and were able to fix our issue within an hour of being called! Jerome was very informative, showed us what was wrong through pictures and how to prevent it from happening again, as well as how to keep our unit healthy! My wife recently was admitted to Hospice home care. In October we had a cold front with temperatures going into the 30s and 40s. Our HVAC system stopped putting out heat. In a panic I called Caroline Heating and Air and explained our situation. From that point forward their team cared for us as though we were family. They came the same day to diagnose the problem, gave me alternate solutions of which I chose a new system. They communicated with me through the weekend and had a team at the house installing the new system within a few days of determining the problem.
