“I know I left a simple review before, but after everything this team has done for me, I felt like it did not truly do them justice. I am genuinely so grateful for Joe, Devon, Shaun, Carly, and Rose. They are such an amazing team, and every time I walk through the door, they make me feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.
What stands out most is how compassionate, respectful, and knowledgeable they are. More than anything, they listen. They take the time to understand how I am feeling physically and adjust my treatment based on what I need that day. They challenge me in the right ways without ever making me feel pushed too far. That kind of care makes such a difference.
I have been to physical therapy at other places before, and it often felt stagnant, routine, and honestly pretty boring. Pinnacle has been completely different. The team makes PT something I actually look forward to. They keep it professional, but they also make you feel like family. There is encouragement, laughter, and a genuine sense that they want to see you get better.
I may leave sore sometimes, but it is the good kind of sore... the kind that reminds me I am making progress and moving in the right direction. One day I will be done with PT, but I will always remember this team and how much they helped me through this part of my recovery.
