Nine months ago it was painful for me to walk and sleep. I had pain radiating down my right side. Intensifying at night. I dealt with it long enough I was afraid I had permanent nerve damage. I was skeptical of going to a chiropractor. I was impressed with OCFH professional staff, my assessment and treatment plan. In 1 month the pain lessened and I was walking with minimal sporadic pain. In two months I was sleeping through the night with no radiating pain. It is now nine months since I walked into OCFH and am now pain-free. Realistically I know I will have set-backs but OCFH has given me the skills and knowledge to live an active, pain-free lifestyle. Thank you OCFH!

They take the time to understand how I am feeling physically and adjust my treatment based on what I need that day. They challenge me in the right ways without ever making me feel pushed too far. That kind of care makes such a difference.
I have been to physical therapy at other places before, and it often felt stagnant, routine, and honestly pretty boring. Pinnacle has been completely different. The team makes PT something I actually look forward to. They keep it professional, but they also make you feel like family. There is encouragement, laughter, and a genuine sense that they want to see you get better.
I may leave sore sometimes, but it is the good kind of sore... the kind that reminds me I am making progress and moving in the right direction. One day I will be done with PT, but I will always remember this team and how much they helped me through this part of my recovery.
