“Heather at reception, and Regina who did the preliminary paperwork were both very helpful in sorting out an issue unrelated to my appointment. A pain med Rx for my wife got off the track. Heather pointed me in the right direction, and Regina resolved the issue and got the Rx successfully sent to our local pharmacy in Staunton for pick up. Really great job. Anthony Rodriguez, NP, did a very thorough a professional exam and evaluation. He explained what was going on in a very understandable way, do a painless injection of steroid into the shoulder joint, and gave me clear instructions on how to dress and tend to the skin tear sounds on my injured arm. I have great confidence in Anthony’s abilities. Excellent job all around.”
