This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Master Cho & Teacher Emily are both so encouraging. The community atmosphere of care, respect, and mutual support for each other is heartwarming. The combination of exercise, mastery of self, and mental acuity have been transformational for me.

I've been attending Taekwon Cho for a few months now, after my son (7 y/o now) has been attending for 1 year. It was great watching him progress, but it became such a better experience for the both of us when I decided to join the class with him. Master Cho & Teacher Emily are incredible at teaching everyone based on their own abilities, instilling discipline, and all while making it a fun environment for kids and families.Little by little I'm improving on my kicks, becoming more flexible, and building confidence in myself.
