Faka, Danny, Carly, Adam, Liz & Hannah work so well together, it feels like they are truly a work family :)! They have always made me feel extremely welcomed and very, very safe. As a queer person, I have always felt safe and accepted there. Danny works very hard to make sure the shop is a comfortable environment. Faka is the artist I normally see, his American Traditional work is simply beautiful. I’ve recommended several people to Carly based on the style of tattoo they want and everyone has been extremely pleased with the results! This is the only shop that I trust in the DMV, and I am so happy to say that I love MST!! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!”

“Great vibes in this studio! The environment is super laid back, cozy, comfy, and clean! I first met Donnie about six years ago when he was working in a parlor in Woodbridge. I was so impressed by him and his work that I followed him to Alexandria when he got his own studio! Donnie and Max are ridiculously talented, considerate, funny! I could really go on and on about how incredible these two made my 8 hour session. Donnie free-styled my half sleeve. I told him what I was looking for and let him do the rest! “I had a great experience with Dani the owner. She is the one who did my brows. I don’t have even brows, or the perfect brows but she managed to work with that and gave me the best brows I have now. I chosen combo which is I believe both techniques combined. My brows are now even and filled in. I’m very happy with my experience and it is worth the money because after the healing processes and touch up you have great brows. Dani and her assistant were also really nice. I never had no issues they were very kind an also manages to keep in contact if you have questions and they follow up with you . I definitely recommend them and people also some where I gotten my brows done. I’m very with my combo brows thank you Dani ”

“I went to TK for my first tattoo and could not have asked for a better experience. He was patient and communicative through our booking and design process. He explained everything that he was doing and clearly prioritized my comfort and safety. We ended up breaking my appointment into two sessions because he noticed my skin was really sensitive and wanted to give me some time to heal before finishing the piece so that it would turn out perfect. We even FaceTimed before the next appointment to make sure I was healed enough to continue it (I wasn’t, so we pushed it back). Before my second appointment, there were some storm/weather alerts, and he messaged me beforehand to make sure I was still comfortable driving in. TK truly loves his job and cares about his clients’ happiness - he’s not just there to make a quick buck. I get tons of compliments on my tattoo and have recommended him to everyone who comments on it!”
