I texted the number on her instagram and was able to get an appointment for the following weekend. The day before my appointment, she texted me a reminder as well as pictures of the address/building number.

She customized my eyebrow shape and was very meticulous with the whole process, including checking how my eyebrows would move when opening and closing my eyes. The tattoo part did not hurt (since your eyebrows get numbed, you can hear the sound but I personally didn't think it was painful).
