I had a lot of anxiety about getting my rook and tragus done, but Rachel made the process smooth and nerve-free. It wasn't nearly as bad as I’d envisioned, which I attribute 100% to Rachel's skill. Their jewelry selection is rather vast, with pieces for every price range. The shop's location next to the Metro was also a plus.
I got pierced at their location in Vienna and it was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly, conversational, and professional. My piercer Nataleigh was very polite, chill and professionally transparent with the entire process. Any questions I had were answered without judgement. I was nervous but I wasn’t rushed or pressured at any time. I felt very safe, and I’d totally come back! While it is more on the pricey side piercing wise, I believe the service and experience is 100% worth it if you wanna treat yo self.
Also, if you bring a friend they can come into the room with you, which I appreciated!
Booked online after seeing them on social media. Staff were prompt and helpful. Maddy did an amazing job, she was kind, and barely had any pain for my hour tattoo. Definitely recommend them!
