I want to start by mentioning the fact that this artist's mind is insane. He is very passionate about his work and creations. Every day I look at this amazing tattoo that was inspired by a friend and artist. I met Carlos and his family in an alley in Baltimore MD. That might seem strange, but a lot of lifetime friendships were created in this very alley. In an even stranger situation, I later learned his sweet wife Adele, shares my special birthday and a love of fish.
