I thought it was a bad connection somewhere behind the wall but it turned out to be a bad dimmer on a three-way circuit… tricky to diagnose. The second time was to install an exterior, dedicated, 20-amp receptacle for PHEV charging. The project began with a site visit by one of their experienced project managers, who took the time to assess my situation and discuss various options with me. Once we had a plan in place, his team executed the installation flawlessly. They even came back to replace the in-use cover when the first one didn’t fit over the charger plug, free of charge. There was a small mistake on my invoice but the office was happy to walk through things with me and correct the issue. I will definitely be calling them the next time somethings comes up.”

When I was ready to replace my 24-year-old furnace, he found the best option to match my home needs and coordinate with my A/C unit. He didn't try to 'upsell' me a more expensive unit, which I appreciated. He also removed the old water line installation for my humidifier, since it was attached to the cold water line for my water heater. (standard now is to attach it to the hot water line).I contracted him to do semi-annual maintenance on furnace, A/C, and water heater.I just had him replace my broken water heater.
