Echo Electric Co
“I highly recommend Echo Electric for electrical work big and small. I’ve had them to my house a couple of times. One time was to diagnose a light switch that wasn’t controlling anything. I thought it was a bad connection somewhere behind the wall but it turned out to be a bad dimmer on a three-way circuit… tricky to diagnose. The second time was to install an exterior, dedicated, 20-amp receptacle for PHEV charging. The project began with a site visit by one of their experienced project managers, who took the time to assess my situation and discuss various options with me. Once we had a plan in place, his team executed the installation flawlessly. They even came back to replace the in-use cover when the first one didn’t fit over the charger plug, free of charge. There was a small mistake on my invoice but the office was happy to walk through things with me and correct the issue. I will definitely be calling them the next time somethings comes up.”
YC Electric
“Excellent communication, service and price. I would use YC Electric again without hesitation and highly recommend them. Very happy with the result of the electrical work Yi did.”
