Prior to showing up Jason had us fill a detailed questionnaire to install a Tesla EV charger + surge protector in the electric panel, showed up during the first major storm in Jan 2026, knew exactly what needed to be done (permits etc) and it was a great execution with no ambiguity. Other vendors wanted to do the old style way of scheduling appointments, making a site visit, etc which was avoided by filling out the questionnaire. I would highly recommend Have Power for your home EV charging installation needs. A+
