We had a pretty major project: panel upgrade, new wiring run across the house to the garage and office, running power to several new places, Ethernet between floors, plus an Anker smart panel/transfer subpanel for our battery backup and solar setup.
Dave came out quickly for the estimate, had the written quote to us the next day, and we were scheduled about two weeks later. The crew showed up on time both days, communicated really well, and they were all around great to work with. We asked for a small change to the Ethernet run while they were on-site, and they handled it without any issue.
Outside of the quality of work, something that stood out to me was how clean and thoughtful they were. I have never seen a job site left that clean at the end of the day. They replaced drywall, vacuumed up the dust, used drop cloths all the way to the work areas, and made the smallest drywall cuts they could. They even thought about where to place the cuts so they’d be less noticeable after repair.
Permits were pulled, inspections were scheduled, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or micromanage anything.
I’ve renovated a few houses and have dealt with a lot of contractors and subs over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. Dave, Rick, and the whole crew were professional, communicative, careful, and easy to work with.
We already have a few future projects that we’ll be calling them for. Highly recommend.”
