He also removed the old water line installation for my humidifier, since it was attached to the cold water line for my water heater. (standard now is to attach it to the hot water line).I contracted him to do semi-annual maintenance on furnace, A/C, and water heater.I just had him replace my broken water heater. He came that evening to see what was needed, discussed options (I chose the tankless water heater), cost, and installation times, then followed up with an emailed estimate for me to approve.
