“I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The first time was August 2023 because my AC had stopped. The technician arrived at the appointed time and fixed the AC quickly. He showed me the 'old' part and explained why it needed to be replaced. This is when I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. In fact, when my furnace was checked in September, Bill recognized that my furnace was starting to leak carbon monoxide. I knew it was 20 years old!! So I wasn't surprised. Turner's replaced the unit, and Bill made sure to order one that used the same filters that the original one used! I was grateful for that because I had new unused filters.
