“I went to AG Jefferson because I thought I would be buying a new pair of lightweight high end expensive glasses. Even though my prescription had not changed, my six year old frames could not be refurbished or repaired, or so I was told by my eye doctor's optical department. Without insurance to cover the budget breaking cost, I went to AG Jefferson because I qualify for a discount there, they come highly recommended, and they carry the type of glasses I need. My story has a happy ending, one I didn't expect. My old frames were repairable! Linda fixed them while I waited. No charge! Amazing staff, fantastic service! From the first phone call until I walked out the door with much gratitude, I was treated well. They did not sell me a new pair at this visit, but it is a sure thing that my next glasses will come from AG Jefferson.“

“I called yesterday about an issue I was having with my eye I had cataract surgery on a few years back from ANOTHER Dr and I had a haze on it and was blurry, they got me in to see Dr Bowers, who had done my other eye for same surgery but that eye is good no issues, they got me in the next day. After going to my appointment and seeing Dr Bowers, he told me the one the OTHER dr had done has a film on it but he can fix it with a laser, I asked when he said today, literally he fixed my eye today on this one appointment. I never have to wait in Piedmont, everyone is SOOOO nice there and Dr Bowers is hands down the BEST eye Dr I have EVER been to, I can't say enough good things about him and Piedmont.“

I was impressed by the fact that they had to squeeze in an entire family who drove an hour and a half for their appointment with a different location but that doctor was sick and didn’t come in, so they made it happen as a team for that family and my wait still was not bad at all.
