Always helpful, friendly, and patient to work through my various needs. Recently helped me get a pair of mid-range "computer glasses" that are making a big difference in my quality of life. Highly recommend.
Needed a new pair of glasses so I decided to give AG Jefferson a try. I am so glad I did! The level of customer service from Amanda was fantastic. She helped me pick glasses that met all of my needs, kept me in the loop on the status of my new glasses, and made sure they fit perfectly. Between the customer service, quality products, price, and warranty you can't go wrong. Very pleased with my experience and they have gained a new customer.
I accidentally sat on my glasses and I was about to drive back to Atlanta from Liberty University after dropping off my twin boys for their freshman year.Linda, the Optician, let me in early, was gracious, friendly, helpful, fixed them right away and didn't charge me!If my twin who wears glasses has any issues with his glasses there is only one place in Lynchburg where I will send him and that’s straight to Linda! Thanks!
