“I woke one morning to extreme haziness in my vision. Tried to be seen here and couldn't since they do not accept my insurance. They still called me the next day to check on me and give me an alternative to be seen elsewhere. I have never had anyone from any business check on me without the possibility of them getting my business. I feel like this is a place that actually cares, hince the 5 star review. Thank you for not just seeing dollar signs when it comes to your business.“
“The office is clean and well organized, the doctor and staff nice and professional. They charge extra for a text my doctor in Massachusetts gave me for no charge last year, and I really wish they had a larger selection of frames. In the end there were really only two frames I would consider wearing and that fit my face, I didn't care for the color of one so I didn't feel I had much choice. Otherwise the experience was good. They took the time to explain all the options concerning bifocals and blue light coating for my husband, but again in his case there weren't Many choices he liked in the frames. I think they could definitely improve in that department. But I felt in good hand with doctor and all staff who were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.“
“I must say I do not impress easily, however I have been seeing this particular office for over two years. Dr. Angelia Stewart and her gracious staff are always eager to assist with any issues. I'm a diabetic patient and that comes with some mild to moderate eye issues. Dr. Stewart has been so kind to get me the attention I needed for my issues. I was impressed with this office on day one by the fast courteous service and attention to my diabetic issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Stewart for any of your concerns with eye exams, glasses, sunglasses, or contacts. Everyone at this location has been super to work with. I live in Lynchburg, VA and travel to Roanoke to use this office because it's that good! Hats off to Dr. Stewart and her remarkable staff.“

“I've never had a more positive experience at an eye care facility! This is my second visit with Dr. Driscoll. She and her assistant are so sweet and patient. I struggle with pretty severe anxiety, especially at appointments and they made me entirely comfortable and at ease. I was completely discouraged from getting contact lenses until they helped me effortlessly! The entire staff is warm, kind, and thoughtful.
