I called this location to speak with the doctor who completed my eye exam to have a tint document filled out and was told this particular company doesn’t provide this service. I even informed the young lady I was told earlier that they could complete the form by both locations I call and she was the first person to tell me they wouldn’t. However, she claimed they would contact me and haven’t done so. I moved here from NC and during my time using MyEyeDr while there this accommodation was offered to my because of my eye sensitivity to light at night fortunately, I didn’t have to complete any form since NC doesn’t review tint during a car inspection.(Issues...read full review
I am so thankful for the eye doctor. My eyes have improved & it is because I was wrongly diagnosed with glaucoma. The doctor explained why I was diagnosed wrong, it has to do where my vision is as bad as it is. I have been to 7 different eye doctors through my life (50+) & she is the first one that has made me feel better about my vision. I was even told more than once, I would go blind like my Father.
I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Megan KNOWS her stuff ! I was attempting to describe my symptoms/changes and she literally was able to take bits and pieces and describe it for me ! Then show me on the equipment what I was seeing and needing to see like it was second nature. She even made having to switch to bifocals not sound so bad after all. The entire staff is so easy to talk to and helps you any way they possibly can.
