I had the BEST experience at Forest Family Eye Care in Madison Heights. Dr. Kevin Ader and his staff were thorough and personable and all while being efficient. I had a pleasant experience from calling to schedule my appointment to the end of ordering my glasses. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs! Cherish was extremely kind and patient with me at the beginning of my appointment. Emily and Katherine gave me the best customer service in helping me pick out my new glasses.
I have been going to Forest Family Eye Care for about 6 years. The staff is very courteous and efficient. Dr. Ader is personable, knowledgeable and I trust him to take care of my eyes.
As a new patient (2nd visit), I felt I had a very thorough exam and encountered a really great staff- top to bottom. All of my concerns and issues were addressed above and beyond expectations (including selecting and fitting for my new glasses).
