“This was my first visit here. After injuring my leg at work and undergoing reconstructive surgery a few years ago, I started getting massages to help with stiffness and to regain range of motion. In terms of the massage itself, I would rate it above average.

On the customer service front, my masseuse was fantastic, laughing at all my bad jokes and engaging in an excellent series of conversations, which was refreshing.

My only suggestion for improvement would be for my masseuse to use a bit more massage oil, as there was a little too much friction at times.“

The facility is great, but the experience would not be what it is without the assistance of Joana at the front desk. My first service was laser hair removal, since then I have had many treatments for skin tightening etc. Shaheen is so knowledgeable, professional and her services are very reasonably priced. “I was a patient at Arora Plastic Surgery & Medspa. I believe this facility share the same office space as The Hair Loss Clinic. Therefore, I’d like to make a distinction that this review is for Arora Plastic Surgery & Medspa.

I was referred by my dermatologist to Dr. Arora to undergo a surgical procedure. My experience with the doctor is that he is a team player. He will pick up the phone or call back if no one is available at the moment.

My first impression with him over the phone is that I matter. Meeting him in person, the doctor made me feel welcome, comfortable, and is very friendly. He explained to me what he was going to do and asked if I had any further questions or concerns.

The surgery itself went well. He went over with me about how to care for it until I came back to get the sutures taken off. After taking the sutures off, he evaluated it and told me how to care for it afterwards.

Then after I did another follow up with him. He went over the pathology report, evaluated the stitch, and reassured me everything is healing properly as it should.

Before leaving, he let me know that I am able to make an appointment as needed.

Everything went well and smooth. I am grateful that Dr. Arora accepted me as his patient and highly recommend him to anyone else. I wish Dr. Arora and his team the best.

If I feel a need to go back to Dr. Arora if something came up regarding the stitch, I know I can trust Dr. Arora medical specialty to help me resolve it.“

“My experience has been absolutely amazing! I'm having success with the radio frequency cavitation, Laser, IV etc. Things take time and you must have an understanding of what you're getting done. Some things are for weight loss, while others are for sculpting, hydration, skin tightening etc. Know what you are paying for, ask questions etc. And yes, you still have to make changes in your life! These procedures work perfectly when you make changes in diet, movement, water intake etc! Also understand everyone is different, my results may not be as quickly as someone else's. In addition to the amazing experience every time I go to Ella Esthetics, I have to point to the results. I went to Breanna in the fall of 2025 for frustrating chin/neck issues. I'd previously had multiple estheticians tell me that chin liposuction was my only option (which I was not willing to do). Breanna was absolutely MAGICAL in treating my chin/neck issue. I've included before and after pictures - December 2025 to May 2026. The results are unbelievable! I also absolutely love my semi-permanent eye liner and lip blush (which I never considered until I saw the before and after pics they share). Lastly, I want to add that Breanna is one of the only esthetic injectors I know who is also a woman's health specialist (NP, MSN, WHNP). As a women in peri-menopause, I have valued my discussions with her re hormones, HRT, etc. and will continue working with her to manage my peri and menopause.
