“My New Medspa Home — Transformation Plus!

I have been to several medspas in the Vienna area, which has no shortage of choices, and I can say without hesitation that Transformation Plus is now my medspa home. From the moment I walked in, I experienced a level of personal attention, professionalism, expertise, and genuine care that is difficult to find.

I went in today for injectables, including Jeuveau (often nicknamed “Newtox,” similar to Botox) and Evolysse filler. Before anything was done, Dr. Lena, the owner, spent considerable time with me discussing my goals, the different options available, what I could expect from each treatment, the products themselves and how they were developed, their effectiveness, and realistic expectations for the results. She answered every question I had—and continued to answer questions and explain what she was doing throughout the entire treatment.

And the care did not stop with the medical expertise. They were incredibly attentive to my comfort. I was given small tension balls to squeeze if I experienced anxiety or discomfort, and a member of the staff gently tapped my knee during the treatment as an additional soothing measure. Those little touches may sound simple, but they made a tremendous difference. I experienced no pain at all—just the expected brief pinching when the syringe was inserted and, at times, some pressure.

Dr. Lena was simply masterful. Her technique was incredibly gentle, precise, and confident. She kept me informed throughout the entire process—what she was doing, what I should expect, and what would happen next. I never felt rushed or uncertain about what was happening.

And then came the best part: the results. Dr. Lena gave me a mirror so I could see the immediate results, and the results were beautiful. The Evolysse filler produced an immediate, natural, enhanced, and elevated appearance. I am soon to be 68, and I love that I look naturally refreshed and younger without looking as though I have had “work done.” There was no swelling and virtually no evidence that I had undergone a procedure. What I see is simply a more beautiful version of myself—one that I am very happy to wear as evidence of aging gracefully.

That, to me, is the difference between simply receiving a cosmetic treatment and being cared for by someone who truly understands the artistry of what she is doing.

The front office staff is equally professional, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone at Transformation Plus seems to understand that each client is a person first, not simply an appointment on a schedule. There is a genuine human touch in the way they interact with you and personalize your experience.

I am also a monthly member, and I think the membership is very reasonably priced considering the high level of service, expertise, attention, and personalized care provided. For me, it is absolutely worth it.

If you are considering a medspa, especially if you are nervous about injectables or want results that look natural, beautiful, and age-appropriate, I highly recommend Transformation Plus. There are plenty of medspas to choose from in this area, but for me, the search is over.

But Mrs. Soheila was very understanding, She even crafted classes according to my availability.
