“I am so glad to find TruIdentity Spa Boutique. I have had some ache and spot issues for a while on my face and being a full time mom could not find time in my busy schedule to fit in any routine reigme or visit regular session to a beauty parlor. Laser was proving to be very expensive and stopped working after a while. Just by sheer luck I came across TruIdentity in Google. I had no expectation as such and went with a very open mind.And yesss! I am so glad I chose TruIdentity. Jamyra (Lady J) is very professional and diligent, she made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we met for the treatment. She is very knowledgeable, knows what she is doing. she did not recommend any extra or over the top procedure/treatment for my ache. She examined my skin and informed me of the steps she thought would be great. The first hour long treatment session, I had was heavenly. It felt so amazing, the ambience , music, aroma, she takes extra care for all details no matter how trivial. It felt like exotic spa for me. I have never been so happy with any procedure dome to my face, we did microdermabrasion and my skin felt so nice after that and so did my mind. I have had follow up session with her and now doing the chemical peel and I can feel the difference in my skin. and the experience is the same like the first time, amazingly relaxing. She is very organized and methodical, already had a plan of action in place for the chemical peel and I can see the difference in my face. “Julia the owner is outstanding both with her technique and customer service and is an expert and true professional. I cannot say enough good things about her. I got my Botox and sculpture done and she did it with minimal discomfort. However, the original injector who I was assigned to, Sally was RUDE, condescending, CRUEL to put it bluntly. She refused to give me topical numbing to make me comfortable and I finally HAD it when she refused to give an ice pack and a stress ball. I think she is mentally imbalanced the way she talked and argued with me. I had my service dog with me and sally was also mean and irritated with my dog and asked me to leave my poor baby in the car which I obliged. She also accused me of lying when I told her I had seen Julia before and she gave me all three to make me comfortable. She started questioning when was that? She claimed NOBODY in this area gives those three items to make the patient comfortable. I have NEVER had this kind of cruel, callous, rude treatment from a medical care provider not to mention she is mean to animals. I hope aura Medspa doesn’t let her do any more injectables. I finally put my foot down and asked for Julia. And was relieved ? to see Julia who is OUTSTANDING and finished the job. I brought my dog before with Julia who was nothing but, sweet to him.“
“Hello, I really recommend Tila Med Spa! I was there today to remove a very big skin tag from back of my eye lid that was really irritating me for past few years. Because where this skim tag was located I was very nervous but she assured me that this would be easy and smooth process. She removed that in few minutes and I didn't even feel it. It is past few hours after that and i have a slight burning feeling which is normal. Her service was reasonably priced and i will definitely go back for future's needs! Thank so much!“
