What I like most is that they create a personalized treatment plan based on your specific needs. I think this leads to much better results than simply choosing a treatment because you think it sounds like a good option.

I also must shout out the most exceptional Cassie, the Office Manager, who is always absolutely wonderful, so very kind, and incredibly helpful (and so funny!). In addition to the amazing experience every time I go to Ella Esthetics, I have to point to the results. I went to Breanna in the fall of 2025 for frustrating chin/neck issues. I'd previously had multiple estheticians tell me that chin liposuction was my only option (which I was not willing to do). Breanna was absolutely MAGICAL in treating my chin/neck issue. I've included before and after pictures - December 2025 to May 2026. The results are unbelievable! I also absolutely love my semi-permanent eye liner and lip blush (which I never considered until I saw the before and after pics they share). Lastly, I want to add that Breanna is one of the only esthetic injectors I know who is also a woman's health specialist (NP, MSN, WHNP). As a women in peri-menopause, I have valued my discussions with her re hormones, HRT, etc. and will continue working with her to manage my peri and menopause. In summary, I cannot recommend Ella Esthetics enough. I feel fantastic physically, more like myself, and like a very valued customer!“

“Heron Med Spa provided exceptional service during the process of onboarding me for my procedure and the procedure itself. Barbara spoke to me at length to make sure I understood all the instructions she personally designed for me I.... she wanted to make sure I understood all the instructions prior to and after my procedure. She was most patient and answered all my questions. Carla was a carbon copy of Barbara. Oh and let me not forget to mention the man of the hours, Dr. Heron. Weeks prior to my procedure, Dr. Heron also called me to follow up to make sure I understood the process, he was patient, knowledgeable and put me at ease. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Heron and Carla took the time to sit with me and my husband to explain all that was about to take place and made sure they had exhausted all of our questions. The procedure was easy peasy and I experienced no pain, just a little discomfort. Dr. Heron talked to me throughout the procedure and told me what he was doing as he was doing it. I trust my desired outcome will be successful because I trust Dr. Heron and will do exactly as instructed post-op.“

and the medical professionals were extremely attentive and professional!

One of the administrative staff members asked where I got my rings from and so I wanted to comment on here, that they are acrylic rings and they come in a pack and I ordered them from Amazon, they are fun little rings to wear just to brighten the mood some days!

But regarding my office visit,
it was very fast and very quick and all of my concerns were addressed!

Definitely recommend!
