This has been the best experience, service, and results I’ve ever received from a spa. I decided to try laser hair removal again after years of giving up for lack of results. The spa is very clean and sanitized. The equipment they use is very high quality and modern. I felt no pain and there was very little hair that grew back after just one session - It was unbelievable.
The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and professional, they will tell you exactly what to expect with treatments and consult you throughout the process. They definitely took their time to answer all of my questions, especially the office manager through texts, phone calls, and in-person communication.
I was lucky to find this spa through Groupon and bought a 6 session package for a reasonable price as a first time customer. Since my experience was so positive, I decided to also do a full body package. Their prices are very reasonable and they always have on going specials and promotions.

After too many fails and disappointments from trying just about everything that there is out there, I was finally reaching a point that I was just going to accept my defect and let it be. Then I found Metropolitan Med Spa through a Groupon. I was skeptical at first given that it’s my first time doing this. But I’m that type of girl that will try anything at least just once. I dived right in and decided to give them a try and instantly fell in love with their service after my first session. From the kind and friendly receptionist to the technicians everything was and continues to be just PERFECT.
