I like to wait to post after seeing results. I started in June 2026 so I have been going for atleast month now, once a week. So far I have done red light therapy, lymphatic massage, Accent Prime, and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS). Each session the focus is on my abdomen and flanks (sides). I am also meal tracking, doing moderate exercise, and monitoring my hydration.
Before starting body sulpting and massage I was focused on what I ate and exercising for 7 months. I was losing maybe a pound or two a month or nothing at all. Booked the couples massage package with my husband. It was wonderful. Both of us loved it. Perfect blend of experienced, professional, and kind.
Went to get perfect duo package which includes both swedish massage and facial massage and it was amazing. I had Lien do my swedish massage and she focused on making sure I get the stress kinks out which helped to get rid of my migraine. I had Karla do my facial massage and she worked on cleaning out my pores and making my skin feel soft and radiant. I highly recommend them for their hospitality, expertise and professionalism. Will definitely come back.
