After underpinning and extending the foundation (6 additional feet), they poured a new floor, built a laundry room, full bath, staircase, and living area that we now use every day. Their minimally invasive approach was impressive (the opinion of a friend of mine who is an engineer), which allowed us to stay in the house during construction.
