Loving’s slogan is “You won’t like us, you’ll love us.” I thought, okay clever slogan. Yesterday, I had my second maintenance service call. Both technicians I’ve had have been excellent. Yesterday, Wolfgang did the service. This young guy gets an A+ for customer service. So yes, right now I’m loving this company.
Why so? They have a great system, all the way from first contact, reminder emails, call from the technician the day of service and even an email with a photo of the technician saying he is on his way. Wolfgang did an extensive job checking out my two systems. He kept me informed about was he was working on. In short, Loving exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work because I hope to be a long time customer!“
