We had CARE Contracting out to our home to replace our front storm and entry doors and we are incredibly impressed with our experience. Chris, Don and the rest of the team were great to work with. They were professional, responsive and very reasonably priced. We're very happy with our new front door and definitely plan to use CARE Contracting for our next door project!
From the first interaction until the very end of the project, I was extremely impressed and pleased. Chris looked for ways to save money where we could. There was no pushy overselling like the other companies that quoted. The crew was beyond professional and polite. All the work was done far faster than I thought possible due to the size of the crew being so large. Chris and Don were always responsive and creative with our questions and additonal requests. The windows and doors are high quality and look amazing. I would highly recommend Care Contracting.
From start to finish, Care Contracting delivered an excellent experience. The initial contact was quick and professional, and their pricing came in competitively against other bids. The estimate was detailed and thorough — covering all the specs on the sliding doors so I knew exactly what I was getting, including product details, energy performance, and warranty terms.
Throughout the production period, they kept me informed and updated, which made the wait stress-free. On installation day, the team was professional, kind, and meticulous. They clearly took pride in their work and left everything clean and in great shape.
