The staff was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and had a beverage upon arriving and then later while relaxing after my massage. She took the time to sit down and talk through my situation, do a thorough evaluation, and then create a workout plan that met all my needs. I went twice a week for 6 months and I felt stronger and more stable within just a few weeks. I am now back to playing hockey 2-3 times a week and running half marathons and I can credit Shannon and Kristen for helping me get back to these activities. My only negative is the price tag, but this is also my first experience with personal training so I have nothing to compare it to. Also, you get what you pay for. I would recommend Function-N-Fitness to anyone looking for talented personal trainers or a sports massage, especially if you are rehabbing an injury and don't know how to get back to full activity.“

The spa amenities were clean and nice. As a pregnant person the only things I could really participate in were the quiet room and women’s lounge, since the sauna and jacuzzi were off limits.
